7Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your game1s account voluntarily at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure — however, any active bonuses will be forfeited.

Game1s may close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is established.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no activity for 12 months).
